Shipping Policy
General
Currently, we have Local Stock in USA, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Italy and Australia(partial). The orders to (near) those countries will deliver from Local Stock to your address.
Otherwise it will be delivered from China Factory to your country by Air (prior choice). Factory Wholesale products will be delivered from China Factory to your country.
Once the package is delivered, we’ll send you the tracking number by email, so that you can track your package.
We promise every order will be delivered on time.
Order Received Confirmation
Once you place the order, an order confirmation Email will be sent to you which means we have received your order.
Once we receive your order, we will immediately confirm with our warehouse that the products are in stock and is available for immediate shipment.
In rare cases, if the product is not available, we will contact you immediately for the solution including shipping from China Factory, change order or refund.
The order from received to shipment cost usually 1 day (it maybe Postponed in case of holidays).
Shipping Method
- Local stock fast delivery: the products are send from local warehouse to your address. It will cost 3~7 days.
- By air: the products are send from China Factory to your address by air. It will cost 5~15 days.
- By ship: the products are send from China Factory to your address by ship. It will cost 20~40 days.

Order Tracking
Normally the tracking number will be sent to you by email address once it is generated within 2~3 days. The tracking link will be sent to you together.
You may contact us by Email: service@fecida.com if you did not receive the tracking number email or need to confirm the tracking information. Please make sure the Email address is correct in the order information
Shipping Fee
The shipping fee will be clearly displayed on Checkout Page. We will follow the shipping method according to your choice on checkout page. If you need to change the shipping method, please contact us as soon as possible before it was shipped. And you have to cover the shipping fee difference if needed.
